What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
We work with mid-sized businesses across Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian region — typically those with an internal marketing function or a marketing leader, who are facing a meaningful strategic question. Our engagements tend to suit businesses with some history, rather than those just starting out.
How long does a typical engagement take from start to finish?
The Campaign Thinking Session can often be arranged within a week or two of first contact. The Marketing Approach Review typically runs over four to six weeks, including two workshops. The Brand Positioning Review usually takes six to eight weeks, depending on the number of interviews and the complexity of your current positioning.
Do you work with clients outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. While we are based in Kuala Lumpur and often meet clients in person, several of our engagements take place over video calls and written correspondence. Clients from Penang, Johor Bahru, and occasionally Singapore have found this arrangement works well.
What is the first step if I am interested in working together?
The most natural starting point is a short introductory call — usually twenty to thirty minutes — where we hear a little about your situation and you can ask whatever questions feel relevant. You are welcome to reach out via the contact form below or by phone. There is no commitment attached to that first conversation.
Are the prices listed on the site fixed?
The prices listed reflect the standard scope of each engagement. Occasionally, clients have particular circumstances — more complex organisations, additional stakeholders, or a tighter timeline — that may affect the scope. We discuss all of this before any agreement is made, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer ongoing retainer arrangements?
Some clients find that a periodic check-in — once a quarter, for instance — is useful after an initial engagement. We can discuss what a lighter, ongoing arrangement might look like if that feels relevant to your situation. We approach it case by case rather than offering a fixed retainer product.
